Application for Block Listing

 

Premier Foods today announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in relation to the 2012 Restricted Stock Plan to trade on the London Stock Exchange.

 

It is expected that the 3,000,000 ordinary shares will be admitted to trade on the Official List on the 19 August 2016. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
