ITM Power (AIM: ITM), the energy storage and clean fuel company, announces that, due to an erroneous file being supplied to the printer, its Annual Report will be re-printed and distributed to shareholders forthwith. There are no changes to the figures reported but there are changes to the Directors and Audit reports to reflect the conclusion of the fund raise exercise announced on 6 August 2013.

The Notice of the AGM, which remains unchanged, together with the Report and Financial Statements for the Year Ended 30 April 2013, has been posted to all shareholders. An electronic copy of the Report and Financial Statements and the Notice of the AGM are available on the Company's website:
