Publication of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM
Progility plc (AIM: PGY) is the holding company of a systems integration and project management services group which has been created to provide a range of project management services including innovative and market leading technology solutions.
The Company announces that the Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2016, together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, to be held at 10.00am on 15 November 2016, have been published and sent to shareholders on 20 October. A copy of the Report and Accounts is also now available from the Company's website (www.progility.com).
