As detailed in the 2022 Annual Report, the Company's Annual General Meeting will take place at 10.30a.m. on Thursday 29 June 2023 at the offices of Slaughter and May, One Bunhill Row, London EC1Y 8YY. The Notice of Meeting will be published and distributed to the Company's shareholders in due course.
