· Annual Report and Financial Statements 2024;

· Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company, which will be held at, and broadcast from, Waterside House, 35 North Wharf Road, London W2 1NW at 11am on Tuesday 2 July 2024; and

· Proxy form for the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
