Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Further to its Preliminary Announcement of 26 June 2014, Photo-Me (PHTM.L), the instant service equipment group, announces that it has today made available to shareholders the Annual Report for the year to 30 April 2014 and the Notice of Meeting for the 2014 Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The AGM will be held at the Preston Cross Hotel, Rectory Lane, Bookham, Surrey KT23 4DY, on Thursday 23 October 2014 at 12.30 p.m.

Copies of the Annual Report and Notice of AGM have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism. They will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm
