BlueRock Diamonds plc (AIM: BRD), announces that it has posted its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 including the notice of Annual General Meeting ("2014 R&A) to shareholders and the 2014 R&A is available for download on the Company's website, www.bluerockdiamonds.co.uk.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of SP Angel, Prince Frederick House, 35-39 Maddox Street, London W1S 2PP at 10.00a.m. on 25 June 2015.
