Publication of 2025 Audited Annual Consolidated Financial Statements

Astana, Kazakhstan - 10 June 2026 - JSC National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy ("JSC NC KTZ" or the "Company"), the operator of the national railway infrastructure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, hereby announces the publication of its Audited Annual Consolidated Financial Statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, together with the Independent Auditor's Report.

· Consolidated revenue amounted to KZT 2 757.1 billion.

· EBITDA reached KZT 887.8 billion.

· Total freight turnover comprised 288.8 billion ton-kilometers.
