Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM 

The Company confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 has been sent to shareholders together with a notice convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company (the "AGM"). The AGM is scheduled to be held at 12.30 p.m. on 17 June 2010 at Saffron House, 6-10 Kirby Street, London EC1N 8EQ.
