Croda International Plc - Annual Financial Report

Croda International Plc (the "Company") released its preliminary announcement of annual results for the year ended 31 December 2017 (the "Annual Results Announcement") on 27 February 2018. Further to the Annual Results Announcement, the Company confirms that the following documents have been published and are being mailed to shareholders today:

- Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017

- Notice of Annual General Meeting

- Form of Proxy

- Sustainability Report

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 12 noon on 25 April 2018 at the Pavilions of Harrogate, Great Yorkshire Showground, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG2 8QZ.

In compliance with DTR 6.3.5(3) the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are available on the Company's website at www.croda.com.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 a copy of each of these documents has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
