Posting of Annual Financial Report

Daejan announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2015, together with the notice of Annual General Meeting and associated proxy form, have been posted to shareholders.

Accompanying the annual report and accounts the Company has also issued a supplemental letter regarding the death on 28 July 2015 of Mr Aaron Bude, who was a non-executive director.
