ICAP plc (the "Company")

The Company has issued to shareholders the annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2011, the notice of annual general meeting 2011 and the form of proxy.

The Company's annual general meeting will be held on Wednesday 13 July 2011 at 11.00am at 2 Broadgate, London EC2M 7UR.
