The Company announces that it has posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2010, which includes a Notice of Meeting for the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at the Ramada Jarvis, Grange Park Lane, Willerby, Hull on Monday 26 July 2010 at 10.30am.
