Announcement re Investment Manager
The Board of Invista European Real Estate Trust SICAF (the Company) announces that it has terminated discussions with Invista Real Estate Investment Management Holdings PLC (Invista) about the possible acquisition, with Invista Foundation Property Trust Limited and certain members of management, of some of the business of the Company's manager, Invista Real Estate Investment Management Limited (IREIM).
The Company's assets will, for the time being, continue to be managed by IREIM under the terms of the existing Investment Management Agreement. Invista has given the Company assurances that the current level of service will be maintained. At the same time, the Board is reviewing how its assets can best be managed for the longer term.
