Amendments to investment management agreement

The Board refers to its announcement dated 16 July 2009 (the "Announcement") outlining the amendments to the investment management agreement which were agreed between the Company and F&C Investment Business Limited (the "Manager") and is pleased to announce that a new management agreement has been entered into between the Company, IRP Holdings Limited and the Manager (the "Supplemental IMA") on the terms described in the Announcement.

Copies of the Supplemental IMA together with the original Investment Management Agreement will be available for inspection at Dickson Minto W.S., Royal London House, 22-25 Finsbury Square, London EC2A 1DX for ten business days from the date of this announcement.
