The following amendment has been made to the "PLUS Markets Group plc Issue of Equity" announcement released today at 07.02 under RNS Number:7763N.

In the paragraph detailing the 'Directors' and Other Interests' the details for S J Allcock and J A T Wedgwood are incorrect as they are both participating in the Placing and their corrected interests in the issued share capital of the Company immediately following Admission have been detailed below. All other details remain unchanged.
