Following the cancellation of the treasury shares the number of OJSC MMK'splaced ordinary shares changed from 11,672,825,023 to 11,174,330,000 registeredordinary shares. 2. Following the decision of the Board of directors on 14.12.2007 a record hasbeen added regarding the establishment of a branch office of MMK in Belgorodregion titled "Prioskol ore mining and processing plant" to develop the Prioskoliron ore deposit.
