The Board announces that Mrs Fiona Thompson was appointed as an alternate independent, non-executive Director for Mr Hugh Little for the purposes and duration of the Company's annual general meeting which took place today. Mrs Thompson is a solicitor at Dickson Minto W.S, the Company's lawyers.
There is no other information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules in relation to this appointment.
The alternate director appointment of Mrs Thompson was terminated at the conclusion of the AGM.
