In accordance with AIM Rule 17, the Company provides the following update to the details disclosed for Dick Steele, non-executive chairman of the Company, pursuant to sub-paragraphs (iii) to (viii) inclusive of paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.
Dick Steele is chairman of Consolidated Vending Plc which, on 15 September 2008, announced the appointment of administrators.
