The Company announces that one its directors, Mr Denham Eke, has made notification under AIM Rule 17 that All Star Leisure (Group) Limited appointed Administrators on 17 September 2019. No estimate of a creditor shortfall is currently available.

Mr Eke is a non-executive director and shareholder representative on the board of All Star Leisure (Group) Limited.
