Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co., Harlequin, Zoffany, Scion and Anthology, announces in accordance with AIM Rule 17 and Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies that it has been notified of the following information by Mr Terry Stannard, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company. 

Mr Stannard was a director of Ensemble Clothing Limited ("Ensemble Clothing") from 9 October 2013 to 30 September 2014. On 15 January 2015, Ensemble Clothing appointed administrators and was placed into administration.
