The Income & Growth VCT plc is pleased to announce that all the resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, 6 February 2009, were approved by shareholders.
A quorum was not present at either of the separate class meetings of `O' Fund Shareholders or `S' Fund Shareholders held today and these meetings were adjourned until 11.20 am and 11.30 am respectively on Monday, 9 February, 16 January 2009.
