Annual General Meeting 2008 

Haynes Publishing Group P.L.C ("Haynes" or "the Company"), the worldwide market leader in the production and sale of automotive and motorcycle repair manuals, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today all resolutions proposed were duly passed.

Copies of all resolutions passed by the Company, other than resolutions concerning ordinary business, along with a copy of the revised Articles of Association, have been submitted to the U.K. Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the U.K. Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:-
