Result of AGM

Highams Systems Services Group plc, the AIM-quoted IT recruitment consultancy, is pleased to announce that all resolutions set out in the circular sent to shareholders on 30 September 2008 (the "Circular") were duly passed at the Company's AGM held earlier today. 

Accordingly, application has been made for 37,142,857 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.  Admission is expected on 24 October 2008.

Upon Admission, the number of shares in issue in the Company will be 69,018,425.
