ANNUAL REPORT 2011 AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Johnston Press plc announces that it posted its 2011 Annual Report together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting (which also explains the business to be conducted at the meeting), to be held at the Balmoral Hotel, Princes Street, Edinburgh on 13 June 2012, and proxy form to shareholders, today.
