AGM Statement

ASSOCIATED BRITISH ENGINEERING PLC

Rupert Pearce Gould chaired the Annual General Meeting except Resolution four (4) that was chaired by Colin Weinberg.

All resolutions were passed with the exception of resolutions two (2) and five (5) on which polls were taken.

The result of the Polls was that resolutions two (2) and five (5) failed.

Accordingly Stephen Cockburn who has been a director for 36 years is no longer a director.

The company would like to thank him for his past service and contribution.
