Annual General Meeting - 10TH MAY 2011

The Chairman, Bill Whiteley, at the AGM of Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, said:

"You have all been sent a copy of the annual report and accounts which includes a detailed statement on the performance for the year ended 31st December 2010. It also outlines the reasons for our good performance, the intrinsic strengths of the business and why we are confident about the long term future of the Group."

All the resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting were duly passed.
