MicroEmissive Displays Group PLC30 May 2007 For immediate release: 30 May 2007 MicroEmissive Displays Group plc ("MED" or "the Group") AGM Statement MED, the AIM listed designer and manufacturer of low-power light emittingpolymer displays, announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earliertoday, all the resolutions proposed were duly passed. As previously announced,Christopher Smith has now stepped down from the Board of MED and George Elliott,54, has replaced him as non-executive Chairman.
