Colefax Group PLC13 September 2005 COLEFAX GROUP PLC AGM STATEMENT David Green, Chairman of Colefax Group Plc, speaking at the company's AGM today,said: "Since we announced our final results in July, our major market, the US, hascontinued to perform well. In the UK market we are just entering our importantautumn selling season and current trading is in line with expectation. InEurope, we have seen an improvement in some smaller markets but the majormarkets, France, Italy and Germany, are still experiencing difficult tradingconditions."
