Amiad Filtration Systems Ltd27 July 2006 27 July 2006 Amiad Filtration Systems Ltd (Amiad or "the Company") Further to the resolutions passed at the AGM (26 July 2006), the Board of Amiadannounces that Dr. Izhar Ben-Shlomo has been appointed as a non-executivedirector of the Company with immediate effect. Dr. Ben-Shlomo has served as a Fulbright research fellow in the University ofMaryland at Baltimore and as a visiting professor of Stanford University underthe Feldman Foundation programme. Dr. Ben-Shlomo has been working as a Directorof Kibbutz Amiad since 2003 and served as a Director of the Company between 2004- 2005, prior to its flotation on AIM.
