AGM STATEMENT

Be Heard plc (AIM: BHRD), announces that at the Annual General Meeting to be held later today Chairman David Morrison will make the following statement:

"The Group has had a good start to the year. For the first quarter, the Group has experienced good revenue and Adjusted EBITDA (1) growth, with the overall trading performance being ahead of both budget and last year. Moreover, we are becoming more confident regarding performance for the remainder of the year.

At an operating level, all Partner Companies (2) which combine to form Be Heard are performing well and in line with management's expectations. Complementing this positive start to the year the Partner Companies have recorded a number of new business wins which include the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Batiste and Drinkaware. Furthermore, the Group's new business pipeline remains robust and we look forward to making further announcements about major client wins as the year progresses.

The Board is confident of achieving a satisfactory result for 2019, one which is comfortably in line with expectations."

Adjusted EBITDA is EBITDA adjusted for costs associated with acquisitions, restructuring of the Group, share-based payments and impairments.
