Result of AGM

 

 

Impax confirms that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions were duly passed.

At the meeting, it was announced that assets under management have increased to £1.48 billion as at 31 January 2010, up 17.5% from £1.26 billion at the year end on 30 September 2009, and up 4.2% from £1.42 billion at 30 November 2009.

 

The Company announces that Noble & Company Limited, the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker, has changed its name to Execution Noble & Company Limited with immediate effect.
