Vipera - Result of AGM and Issue of warrants

Vipera, the specialist provider of mobile financial services, today announces that all resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting held today have been passed.

The Company also announces that it has issued to its Chairman, Luciano Martucci warrants to purchase a total of 5,000,000 New Ordinary Shares. These warrants are exercisable at 4p per Ordinary share and are exercisable at any time on or before 26 June 2016.

As a result of this issue of options Luciano Martucci is interested in 30,000 Ordinary Shares, 5,200,000 warrants and 600,000 options, representing respectively 0.02%, 4.00% and 0.46% of the current issued share capital.

The figure of 130,003,631Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Following the above there are 10,448,106 warrants and 4,020,000 options in the Company in issue and which are potentially dilutive, representing 8.04% and 3.09% of the current issued share capital respectively.
