Change of advisor and extension of ABN working capital facilities

APC Technology Group plc (AIM: APC), the provider of technologies and services intended to help improve organisational sustainability and specialist distributor of electronic components, announces that it has appointed Stockdale Securities Limited as nominated adviser and sole broker with immediate effect.
Extension of working capital facilities
The Board is very pleased to announce that it has extended the term of the £6m invoice finance facility with ABN Commercial Finance to 31 December 2017. This facility is less than 50% drawn and will provide working capital headroom as the Group continues to grow.
Richard Hodgson, Chief Executive of APC Technology Group PLC, commented:
