Following the meeting, management will give a presentation summarising the Company's recent progress with the Bentley Field work programme. The presentation will be webcast and accessible via a link which will be posted on the Xcite Energy website on the day.

Formal notice of the AGM will be posted with the 2011 Annual Report & Accounts by the end of April 2012.
