Admission Document Disclosures
DJI Holdings plc (AIM: DJI, "the Group", "DJI") announces that it recently became aware that the disclosures regarding Rodney Davis', Chief Financial Officer, current and previous directorships on page 113 of the Group's admission document, dated 21 July 2014, ("Admission Document") required under Schedule 2, paragraph (g)(ii) were incomplete. The following directorships, which should have been disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2, paragraph (g)(ii), were omitted from the Admission Document:
