Tarsus Group PLC16 March 2007 TARSUS GROUP PLC Additional Listing Tarsus Group plc announces that on 16 March 2007 it issued 5,000 new ordinaryshares of 5p each on the exercise of certain options under the Company'sExecutive Share Option Scheme. These new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existingOrdinary Shares. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and theUK Listing Authority for these shares to be admitted to the Official List. Dealings are expected to commence on 22 March 2007. The total issued share capital by the Company, inclusive of the present issue,is 60,500,112 ordinary shares of 5p each.
