Additional Listing

Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission of a total of 692,226 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in ICAP plc to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these securities to be admitted to trading.

The application has been made in respect of shares that represent part of the consideration payable to Ocean Tomo LLC in conjunction with ICAP's acquisition of the transactions division of Ocean Tomo LLC.

Following this additional listing, ICAP's total issued share capital will be 650,512,897 ordinary shares.
