Tarsus Group PLC23 October 2007 TARSUS GROUP PLC Additional Listing Tarsus Group plc announces that on 9th October 2007 it issued 976 new ordinaryshares of 5p each on the exercise of certain options under the Company's Save AsYou Earn scheme. These new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existingOrdinary Shares. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and theUK Listing Authority for these shares to be admitted to the Official List. Dealings are expected to commence on 26th October 2007. The total issued share capital by the Company, inclusive of the present issue,is 60,787,320 ordinary shares of 5p each.
