Churchill China PLC25 April 2005 Churchill China plc Additional listing Application has been made for 5,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each to beadmitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London StockExchange. These shares are being issued following the exercise of options overshares, granted in accordance with the Unapproved Share Option Scheme: 5,000 options exercised at a price of 118.5p. These shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and dealings areexpected to commence in the new ordinary shares at 8.00am on 29 April 2005.
