Bond Conversion Listing Application

Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a listing of 93,341 Ordinary shares of $0.10 each, following conversion of USD 3.0 million of USD 1.25 billion 5.5 percent Guaranteed Convertible Bond 2016, to be admitted to The Official List and to trade on The London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company. Admission is expected to occur on 30 October 2015.
