Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities in respect of a blocklisting of 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each ("New Ordinary Shares"). 

The New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under the Executive Share Option Scheme and the Save As You Earn Scheme.

It is expected that Admission of the New Ordinary Shares will become effective on 23 April 2009.
