Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a listing of 261,206 Ordinary shares of 8 13/24p each which were allotted under the Mitchells & Butlers Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"), to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List.
