African Platinum Plc02 June 2005 African Platinum plc ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market of the LondonStock Exchange ("AIM") for the admission to trading of 3,445,000 ordinary sharesof 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). These Ordinary Shares will rankpari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and are being issued asthe result of the exercise of 445,000 listed warrants and 3,000,000 options.
