Additional Listing of Shares

A block listing application has been made for 550,000 ordinary shares of 25p each to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. This includes 200,000 ordinary shares in relation to the Hunting PLC 2009 Performance Share Plan and 350,000 ordinary shares in relation to the Hunting 2001 Approved and Unapproved Executive Share Option Plan.

The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
