AGA RANGEMASTER GROUP PLC ADDITIONAL LISTING

AGA Rangemaster Group plc announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 46â...ž pence each in the Company to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.

These shares will be issued and allotted from time to time in connection with the AGA Rangemaster Group plc 2010 Company Share Option Plan. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
