Deltex Medical Group PLC03 June 2005 3 June 2005 Deltex Medical Group plc Additional Listing Deltex Medical Group plc (the 'Company') has been notified today that certain ofits current and former employees have acquired 126,811 ordinary shares at aprice of 1 pence per ordinary share as the result of the exercise of optionsunder the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme. Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted totrading on AlM. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares ofthe Company and dealings are expected to commence on 8 June 2005.
