Begbies Traynor Group PLC24 January 2007 BEGBIES TRAYNOR GROUP PLC Additional Listing The Company announces that it has applied to AIM for the admission to trading of11,995 Ordinary Shares of 5p in the company. These shares are being issued at aprice of between £1.54 and £1.5705 per share in connection with the monthlystaff SIP scheme. The shares are expected to trade on Monday 29 January and the total number ofshares in issue, following admission, will be 75,598,809.
