Blocklisting Application

Applications have been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for a block listing of 570,000 ordinary shares of 28.125 pence each, to be admitted to the Official List.

The shares to be listed will rank pari passu with the Group's existing ordinary shares, and will be issued pursuant to satisfy options granted under the Laird PLC US Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

The block listing is expected to take effect at 08:00 am on 24 June 2016.
