Epic Group PLC22 February 2005 Epic Group Plc21st February 2005 Epic Group Plc ('Epic' or the 'Company') Additional Listing & Directors Dealings The Company today announces that on 21st February 2005 Donald Clark, Chief Executive Officer, exercised options over 150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the 'Shares') at an exercise price of 13.5 pence per share. Mr. Clark will retain all of the Shares. Application has been made for the Shares to be listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. Following the admission to trading of the Shares, the Company will have a total of 23,693,103 ordinary shares in issue. As a result of this transaction Mr. Clark now holds 2,177,381 ordinary Epic shares, representing approximately 9.19 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
